You wanted to know about my life. Not anything out of the ordinary. I have been married
almost 44 years to the same guy. We have two boys and one girl.
Robert, the oldest at 42, is married and has three step-children: two girls and one boy.
Krystal is 22, Nohelani is almost 18, and Brandon is 13.
Jason, our middle child and almost 37, is divorced, and has one son, Joshua. Jason is a
long-haul truck driver and is not home very often. We take care of Joshua several days a
week, and will get him the whole month of July. He will be five in April. He's precious. (I
think Judy P.S. and Joshua have a love affair going. He gets really excited when I tell him
Judy is coming or if I show him a picture. I was showing him the pictures on the website
last night, and he picked out Judy in every one she was in---even the older ones.)
Erin, our daughter, is 32 and has not married. Said she doesn't have time. She works for
Sprint-Nextel and lives just a few blocks from us.
I worked for Scott and White Hospital from 1961 to 1968. I started babysitting in my home in
August of 1975 and continued until July of 1999, 24 years. Had lots of kids running in and
out of the house. One family had three girls. I kept the kids for 15 years straight, and they
are just like family.
My husband Millard worked for Wilson Art for 30 years. He retired from there in 1994 at 56.
He stayed around the house for 5 months (and just about drove me crazy) before he
started working part-time at Johnson Bros. Ford.
We do some traveling. We've been to Colorado twice and Branson three times with a
travel agent who does senior tours. Also went on a 7-day cruise. Had a ball on the trip, and
would like to do a cruise again. We've done some trips around Texas and to California. My
daughter Erin and I went to Disney World together. It was the first time we had ever gone
anywhere together, just the two of us, and I had a wonderful time with her.
