June 14 from Judy E:

I was trying to be helpful and went to the reunion but was late and didn't get many
good pictures or hear much of the program.  There were a jillion REALLY OLD
people there, and (thank goodness), I didn't know very many of them.  ;-)

On the stage here is Judy Frazier Cast, who still looks beautiful, and I think that the
others are Marva Jo Kemp Aycock, Judy Elza Scarbrough, and Carolyn Ketchum
Hunter.  There weren't many of our class there.  Maybe everyone else knew how
tough the BBQ brisket was going to be!

I had invited Janean and Will and George and his wife Peggy to have dinner with us
that evening after the reunion, but Nean and Will were hosting another birthday
party for a grandchild and missed the reunion but joined us at the end of the day.  It
was 98 degrees outside, so my plans for a relaxed dinner on the loggia to show off
our beautiful lake view were scrapped in favor of the air conditioned house,
although we did manage to have our dessert and coffee out there.  It was great to
have a leisurely visit and to get to know George's wife Peggy better.  She had just
had foot surgery but was a great sport to participate in the day. It would be great if
we could adopt her (and Frank) into our class!
After the reunion at Judy E and Frank's home:

June 15 from David and Dorothy H:

David wasn't feeling too well so we decided to go to only one function, Sat.
evening. We decided to go to the get-together of the three classes, but it
turned out to be only the 58 & 59 classes. We saw Norm Umholtz & wife Mary,
Judy Frazier Cast & husband Don, Possum Owens, Joyce Kemp, Jan
Gilbreath Ratliff, Pat Obenhaus, Sue Brantley, Carolyn Ketchum, David
Holland, Jerry Bloomer, Sam Teas, Marva Jo Kemp Aycock and several more.
It started at 6:30 and ran till midnight. We stayed till 8:30 and we both had
such a good time. They had good food, good music and alot of talking. Such
wonderful people, I loved them all. They had a photographer there taking
class pictures and we will send you one as soon as recd.

David is getting a knee replacement Monday, June 22, so say a prayer for
him. We love you.
